Our Termite Control Process

Termites are not the easiest pest to get rid of, but our licensed technicians are up for the challenge! We believe that our exterminators here at Adams Exterminating Company have perfected a termite control process that eliminates termites from your home or business.

Inspection:  First, our team will visit your location and complete a thorough termite inspection of the exterior of your building. If we suspect activity in the structure, we may also want to inspect the interior. Our termite Inspection includes an evaluation of everything on your property conducive to termite infestations, including soil around the exterior of your home, wood, roof, and plumbing leaks.

Plan Of Action:  After an initial termite inspection, we analyze your unique situation to create a customized termite treatment plan. If you have an active termite infestation, we’ll treat the areas of activity to ensure complete termite eradication. We will also put the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System in place. These termite bait stations are the #1 rated brand in termite protection and will completely eliminate termite colonies.

After the bait stations are installed, termites will discover them and begin feeding immediately. The worker termites will deliver the bait to the colony for the rest of their “family” to consume, and once ingested, termites are unable to reproduce which will stop the halt of their colony while also eradicating existing termites from your home.

One of our friendly service technicians will go over the plan of action with you in detail and explain the termite treatment service warranties included with your termite service.

How Sentricon® with Always Active™ Works

Inspection

A thorough inspection of the exterior of your home, as well as the interior, if necessary, will be performed by one of our professional service technicians. We will inspect all areas conducive to termite activity to determine whether or not you have an active colony on your property. Performing this inspection allows us to determine the best locations to install the Sentricon® with Always Active™ bait stations.

Installation

The Sentricon® with Always Active™ uses bait stations that require installation at regular intervals around the perimeter of your home. Although the service cover is visible above ground, the bait stations are only accessible with a special key for the safety of your family and pets.

Treatment

Sentricon® with Always Active™ works through the use of bait that is scientifically-proven to be more attractive to termites than wood. Once a worker termite finds the bait, it will bring it back to its colony to feed members in the other castes, as well as to alert other termite workers of its location, spreading the ingredient. This active ingredient prevents molting, eventually killing the termites and eliminating the entire colony.

Follow Up

The Sentricon® with Always Active™ works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to protect your home or business from termites and the costly damages they cause. This system is so effective that it only requires one yearly service visit. During this visit, our experienced service technicians will check the bait stations and refill them as necessary.
