ATTENTION!! We have a new customer portal that will provide security and functional improvements. You must follow the instructions below to sign up for the new portal. Unfortunately, your previous log in information will not work in the new system.
To pay your invoice online and securely, please log into your account by selecting the appropriate location above. Make sure to click on the appropriate office, Lewisville or Denton.
If you are signing into your account for the first time, please follow the instructions below.

Customer Login Help
The Customer Portal will allow you to access your account to view your service history, check account balance, and make payments.
- If it is your first time to access the Customer Portal, you must click the “Sign Up” button below the “Log In” button.
- Once you are on the Sign Up page, there are two different options for combinations of info to enter to sign up: you can give a phone number and email or a billing account number and email. The information that you give must match what we have on file for you.
- After you click submit, you will be emailed a verification form that will allow you to complete your registration. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox right away.
Your username will be your email address and you can set your password to whatever you would like it to be.
