Have used them for well over 2 years now and have never had any pest/bug issues since. William is THE MAN - incredibly knowledgeable about all things pests/landscaping/gardening, he’s super friendly, and goes above and beyond for his customers. When your pest control guy gets AMPED about killing a colony of ants he found all over your trees saying things like “I smoked them all out real good, you’re not going to see those suckers again,” that’s how you know you found THE guy. The guy that’ll keep you from having to run into the bathroom at 3 a.m. to kill a roach for your screaming wife. Haven’t had to do that once since William entered our lives, bless you William.

I have been using Adams Exterminating for over 10 years. I started using them at the corporate office and then at my home. They have always been incredibly responsive and reasonably priced, whether it is an urgent issue or just a general inspection. The technicians love their work, always have time to answer questions, or respond to a picture of some bug I found. It is very obvious when you talk to them, and I appreciate the fact the techs that are working at our homes love what they do. With a lot of companies we see these days, customer service has sharply declined. I am happy to say that is not the case with Adams. Service has not changed since I started using them. Anytime someone asks for a referral, I always recommend Adams! William and Charlie are great!

If you live in a top-tier Texas home, I highly recommend Adams Pest Control as a premier service that will control Mother Nature’s flying pests so that you can enjoy the lifestyle you have earned. My wife is very sensitive to bites. The prior owner’s service was not up to snuff. When we brought in Adams, they cleared out mosquitoes, fire ants, cockroaches from sewer lines, rats, and any manner of problem I might randomly call on. If you want respectful professionals that get things done right, give them a call. Ask for William, their science guy, for tricky solutions that others say are impossible—he’ll know the answer.
