I definitely recommend Adams Exterminating Company. After being told by my A/C tech that my attic was "full of rats," I called Adams. Robert, the technician, thoroughly investigated and was honest enough to tell me that while there appeared to have been a problem in the past, there were currently no rats in my attic. I so appreciate his honesty, and should I ever need an exterminator I will definitely call Adams!

Excited for a Pest-Free Home
I just started renting a house (pretty much in the country). My landlord and Chris West met at my property to solve a field mice problem (the house was unoccupied for quite a while). We were able to come up with a game plan, an affordable payment plan, and get work started immediately. He sprayed for bugs inside and outside as well as setting several traps in the attic and outdoors (he will return in a few days to check the traps). I’ve already noticed a big difference. Excellent Service Beyond Expectations
Fredy has been our local Adam's exterminator for five (5) years now and has always provided excellent service beyond our expectations. When we first moved in, our realtor gave us Adam's Exterminating as a housewarming gift when we all found out together that we had water rats as we live near an aqueduct waterway. At first, Fredy killed 11-14 rats up in our attic and he came out every week until that was under control! Ever since then, Fredy has been our go-to guy and comes out quarterly. He is professional and nice, knows how to do his job, and we appreciate that he knows our house down to every little detail of care. We haven't had any rat problems ever since that early beginning, thanks to Fredy!
