Timeliness and professionalism
We are a rather new customer of Adams Exterminating and I wish I would have called them years ago. Our technician, Marc Kalaf, is a rare find. We had the initial treatment of our property a few weeks ago; he inspected and treated everything and was very thorough. Last week, I saw a few red wasps making a path in and out of a small crack under one of the gutters outside my window. I called Adams on Monday, and Marc just left our house after treating and destroying a huge red wasp nest inside the soffit where I saw them making a trail. Some very aggressive hornets had suddenly taken up residence under my old shed. Adams promptly sent out Rolando. He devised a 2-part plan, which he executed on the spot. I'd tried the spray-and-run technique with a can or two, and didn't think his stuff was going to work, but his strategy, patience, and expertise won out. No more hornets! He followed up a week later and dug out what parts of the nest he could reach. He took the time to show me and explain the different colony members, etc., and what I could expect. Very friendly; knew his stuff! I was very pleased. The whole company is very responsive and very polite—I highly recommend them!
