We just switched to Adams from another company and right off the bat they made us feel like we made the right choice. Randy came out to do our first service and install our termite stations. He was extremely professional and friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Really made us feel like he cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Time will tell as to the effectiveness and future experience with this company but so far I am very, very pleased!

I found termites in an exterior piece of trim and called Adams Exterminating Company based on recommendations from neighbors and a coworker. They were very professional and helpful in understanding my concern about termites. They were at my house within one hour and began the treatments to kill the termites. They explained the process and put my mind at ease. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable. I went ahead and signed up for monthly pest control because I was so impressed with their service. Great company, I highly recommend Adams.

Stevens' Bug Knowledge Surpasses Mine
I needed termite prevention learning that there was previous termite activity prior to moving into our home. Steven was able to explain how their service works, suggest the best option, and get us on track to staying termite protected. Stevens' bug knowledge far surpasses mine, and he is confident in his craft. I believe due to some location zoning/staff promotions/moves, Steven no longer is assigned to our bi-monthly services. I recently had a concern/problem, and Steven showed up. I did have to call twice about the issue, but it was reassuring to know that Steven was able to take care of my concerns.
